Lance Henderson established Sovereign Home Watch Services, LLC on a foundation of discipline, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to personal accountability. Bringing more than 20 years of combined U.S. military service and defense logistics experience to the business, along with a background in criminal justice and formal Home Watch training, Lance approaches property oversight with meticulous attention to detail. His background in structured operations shapes the systematic approach Sovereign takes when looking after unoccupied residential properties throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast region.

As a trained Home Watch professional and FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot, Lance personally ensures every inspection is executed to the highest standards of vigilance and discretion. He created Sovereign around a simple, guiding belief: every homeowner deserves complete confidence in knowing their property is being looked after by a dependable, trusted professional while they are away. Through clear documentation, direct communication, and dedicated stewardship, Lance delivers the peace of mind absentee homeowners need.

We are bonded, insured, National Home Watch Association members, and NHWA Boot Camp graduates. Lance is an FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot, and Sovereign provides accountable, standards-based Home Watch supported by professional aerial observation when appropriate.
